Shipping policy
Welcome to the Obsession Dive online store:
We ship most parcels though Australia Post. Some larger items (ie spearguns & shafts) will go via couriers *Please note Couriers will not deliver to PO BOXES. We will need a residential/business address. If no one is home your article may be delivered to a depot for collection.
Residential Deliveries: Where possible, we strongly recommend using a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address instead of a residential address. This service is free via the Australia Post App.
If delivery to a residential address is essential, a valid AUSTRALIAN mobile number and email address must be provided. We also strongly encourage all customers receiving deliveries via Australia Post to download the Australia Post App to manage tracking updates and delivery instructions. Please note that the responsibility
for tracking and managing deliveries will rest with the receiver.
Online orders will be sent out Mon to Fri.
Orders are usually packed between 1-3 days from our warehouse and sent out for delivery.
While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you & offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund.
Online store is AUSTRALIA ONLY delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Postage is standard AUST post. If you need express please email to arrange PRIOR to placing your order. If we are able to express extra freight charges will apply to cover the costs of Express post.
Once your parcel has left our premises, it is the responsibility of Australia Post or courier. We do not accept responsibility for lost items, missing items or damaged items during transit by Australia Post or selected courier. We are not obliged to replace lost, missing or damaged items. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging and send photographic evidence within 3 days of item received.
*If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and notifies us a few minutes after the order is placed (before the parcel and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund and further shipping of the package will be at the expense of the customer.
LOCAL sutherland shire limited deliveries for $19.95 unlimited items. Local delivery does not inc Bundeena /Mainbar2230. Additional freight charge apply.
If delivering to a unit we will contact you prior to make sure someone is home- We don't leave items .If you are then not home & we need redeliver the fee will apply again.
